My logic tells me that it is probably Indian, as most of the famous cricket players come from India. Although I may be wrong, who has an opinion on this? Which language has the most quotes about cricket?

Overall your logic is quite sound, but I have my doubts. Yes, Indian is spoken by many people, but it is still not used in many countries. I personally think there are less in Indian than cricket quotes in English. This language is used in almost all countries, personally I have only come across quotes in English. Though maybe I wasn't looking hard enough and didn't delve much into the matter.
