portal.office.com, log in with your Microsoft account. Once logged in, navigate to the Admin Center if you're an admin or click My Account for personal subscriptions. For admins, go to Billing > Your products to view active subscriptions, assigned licenses, and renewal dates. You can manage licenses by assigning or removing them from users in the Users section.
