Hey everyone! I’m new to all this Sadhu board stuff and honestly a bit intimidated. I’ve heard they’re great for focus and relaxation, but I’m not sure where to start. Are they okay for beginners, or should I have some experience before diving in? How do I even use them without feeling like I’m gonna fall off? I’d love some beginner-friendly tips and advice. Appreciate any help!

Hey there! Totally get your concerns—it can look a bit intense at first. But don’t worry, Sadhu boards are actually great for beginners if you take it slow. When I first got mine, I started with just a couple of minutes a day, barefoot on a soft surface to ease into the sensation. The trick is to find your balance and breathe through the initial discomfort. If you’re curious, you can always order handmade Sadhu nail boards from METADESK https://metadeskshop.com/  . They have some beginner-friendly options that are sturdy and well-crafted, making them perfect for folks just starting out. Trust me, once you get used to it, it’s a pretty awesome tool for grounding yourself and improving focus. Just go at your own pace and don’t rush it—you’ll be balancing like a pro in no time!
