I've recently heard about grounding, which involves walking barefoot on natural surfaces like grass, sand, or soil. It's said to help reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and boost mood by connecting us directly to the Earth's electrons.
I'm curious if anyone here practices grounding regularly or walk barefoot to ground. Have you noticed any health benefits? What surfaces do you find most effective? Are there any risks or drawbacks? Also, do you think there's scientific merit to grounding, or is it more of a psychological benefit?
