No, then this post is for you. This story of a day when I was playing with my iPhone, I accidentally triggered the Emergency SOS feature. An alarm went off which startled me since I wasn't actually in any danger. After calming down, I was determined to turn it off so it didn't happen again by accident. It's easy to disable:
Go to Settings and select "Emergency SOS"
Slide the button next to "Disable Emergency SOS" or "call with hold and release" to turn it gray
