How did you guys spend your summer? at Our Wall Forum

Hi! My summer's been pretty boring. I've been working all the time, and I haven't even been on vacation... Because of my sedentary job, now I have back problems. So it's been a summer of back treatment. I was recommended standing desks https://www.progressivedesk.ca/ on this site, but I don't believe it will help. Although I have read a lot about how standing is the best way to work. I don't know...

My summer has not been great. I'm still building up endurance after my hip surgery. It has been a very hot and dry on my mountain. We usually have monsoon rains from mid-July through September but have barely had 10 drops so far. I've been afraid to walk the dogs in the cooler temps of dawn and dusk because of the presence of a mama black bear with her two cubs. They spend a lot of time in my subdivision and have been seen on two trails I used to frequent 5 miles away, but they always return to my immediate area.

I spent my summer mostly working, but I did manage to take a few weekend trips. I went to the cookie clicker beach, hiked in the mountains, and visited a few museums.
