1) On the RailRecipe website or mobile app, passengers can order food in train by entering the PNR, Train Name, or Train Number Details.


2) Our backend system double-checks and verifies the ordered food and train details after the passenger information has been confirmed.


3) Following order confirmation, your meal order request is created and sent to our restaurant partner for processing.


4) A message containing information on orders that the restaurant has accepted will also be sent to you.


5) The designated Railrecipe restaurant partner calls the customer to verify and confirm the order.


6) The food item you ordered will be hygienically prepared and sealed in packaging.


7) The delivery team then brings the package to your train seat.
