Cyprus TLL type elastic pin coupling installation to solve the error

TLL type elastic pin coupling manufacturers currently observe that no matter what kind of parts and components are installed in the case of no one can do without error, discrimination only robot can only make the error is small but there is also an error, so we all know how to solve the installation error of coupling transmission parts? The following will be introduced by the manufacturer.Get more news about Elastic Sleeve Pin Coupling Factory, you can vist our website!
How to solve the TLL type elastic pin coupling installation error method:

First, determine the error

1, in the dial indicator measurement method, commonly used two table method and laser centering method, generally stipulated that the error of the outer circle and the end face in 0.05mm;

2, the axial deviation requirement is not high, as long as the strength of the part of the match is enough not to affect the transmission torque can be;

3, concentricity usually refers to the radial deviation, if the rigid connection, the concentricity is very high, there can be no deviation, if the elastic connection, the allowed deviation is the elastic coupling can clean up the deviation, the coupling sample data will be marked with this value. That is, the concentricity of the motor and the reducer itself can not be deviated.

Second, the solution

If an error occurs, the active or driven end needs to be re-aligned. First of all, find out the part with large deviation error, which first of all, to measure the coupling to which side, that is, measure the levelness and coaxiality of the spindle and the levelness and coaxiality of the reducer spindle, and then according to the mass scale to flatten and correct, you can clean up the fault.
The above is the mechanical manufacturer for you to introduce the installation error of TLL type elastic pin coupling is how to solve some related content, I hope these content can bring you help. TLL type elastic pin coupling is one of the coupling transmission parts made by mechanical manufacturers for a long time. Our manufacturers have more experience in the use of this kind of coupling.

Airlines turn boarding passes into ad space

As a way to generate extra revenue, five major U.S. airlines will start publishing advertisements on the boarding passes that customers print at home.Get more news about wholesale boarding pass, you can vist our website!

Delta, dal Northwest, nwa US Airways, lcc United uaua and Continental cal have signed contracts with Sojern, an Omaha-based start-up, to fill their printed boarding passes with targeted ads, coupons, restaurant and shop recommendations and other tailored lists of events. The information will be based on the destination and duration of stay.

Passengers who want to save on printer ink can still choose to print only the boarding pass, Sojern says. In the future, travelers will also have an option of saving their preferred activities and cuisine — golf, Italian food, baseball, etc. — on the airlines' websites and receive recommendations and ads based on the stored information.

"It's a tremendous opportunity to monetize with targeted personal ads," says Duane Woerth, Sojern's business development executive and a former head of the Air Line Pilots Association.

The boarding pass is the latest medium for travel ads that target road warriors, long considered a desired demographic because of their disposable income levels. US Airways already puts ads on tray tables, while advertising agencies have also targeted overhead bins and air-sickness bags with varying degrees of success.Airports are hoisting ads on electrical outlet stations and baggage carousel conveyor belts. The Transportation Security Administration has approved selling ads on the bins used at security checkpoints.

Peter Yesawich, CEO of travel marketing firm Ypartnership, says boarding-pass ads could be effective if they contain "meaningful content." He says, "I'd be happier if the flight departs on time, rather than reading about a ballgame in a city I may not get to."

The deal is an additional income source for airlines, which are struggling with rising fuel prices and a slowing economy. All five airlines bought minority stakes in Sojern and will split ad revenue with the company.

Sojern is betting that the base of its targeted customers will continue to grow. Passengers are increasingly using e-ticket confirmations to print boarding passes at home or at airport self-help kiosks.

The company declined to reveal specific financial information, including the potential market size of its services. But Gordon Whitten, a former Intuit executive who founded Sojern, estimates about 40% of 700 million flight check-ins a year are conducted online. "That's 280 million blank billboards," he says, adding that passengers' stored preferences will be used only for the purpose of issuing the ads.Frequent traveler Joseph Prunty, CEO of a business consulting firm in Pennsylvania, is skeptical. "I wouldn't trust the recommendations, and I never use coupons," he says. "(My) boarding passes only see the light of day when shown to TSA and the gate attendants."

Why aluminium extruded profiles are perfect for domestic and commercial settings

Aluminium profiles are everywhere. Their key attributes – durability, corrosion resistance, flexibility, cost-effectiveness and the fact that they are lightweight – make them ideal for use in the home, in the workplace and also in specialist applications. We take a look at why aluminium extruded profiles are the solution of choice for so many different settings and explain how aluminium extrusion is made.Get more news about C Profile Aluminium, you can vist our website!

What is aluminium extrusion?
Aluminium extrusion is a bar of aluminium profiled in a particular shape that has been designed to do a specific job. Shapes such as T sections, C sections, L sections and radius types are all popular choices for aluminium profiles.

How is aluminium extrusion made?
Aluminium extrusion manufacturers are specialists in creating aluminium profiles to tight tolerances across long lengths of extrusion that can be cut to size for use in a particular application. A block of aluminium, known as a billet, is pre-heated to around 500 degrees C to soften it and then pushed through a steel tooling die using a hydraulic press or ram. The die resembles the shape of the desired aluminium profile and creates the shape as it extrudes out through the die. On leaving the die, the aluminium profile is then cooled with water or air to ensure that it holds its new shape and then it is drawn – or stretched – in order to ensure that the correct tolerances are met and held. Finally, the aluminium profile undergoes further processing with either heat or cold to harden it, and is then cut and treated with any finish required, such as an anodising process which would provide extra protection against oxidation.

What are the advantages of aluminium profiles?
Aluminium extrusion is found in every part of our daily lives, from transportation to buildings, from medical environments to pharmaceutical processing plants. Aluminium extrusion manufacturers produce a wide range of profiles which can be selected for their weight, strength, flexibility and easy construction. Here are some of the reasons for the popularity of aluminium profiles:

Light weight: What aluminium extrusion is particularly popular for is its lightweight nature whilst also being versatile. At around a third of the weight of steel, it can be strengthened through the make-up of the alloy and therefore still be suitably weight-bearing for use in kitchens, workshops and industrial settings.

Corrosion resistant: Aluminium naturally generates its own protective coating which makes it resistant to corrosion when in contact with an oxidising environment. Additional surface treatments can be used to further enhance this and protect the extrusion if required.

Conductivity: Aluminium profiles are conductors of both heat and electricity and can therefore be used in applications where a heatsink is required.

Hygienic: Aluminium profiles are both odourless and impermeable, which is why they are often the solution of choice when constructing food, pharmaceutical or surgical workspaces. The non-toxic nature of aluminium is ideal for hygienic environments.

Cost effective: Aluminium extrusion manufacturers use repeatable methods to produce aluminium extrusions. There are standardised ranges of aluminium profiles available making it the ideal choice for creating workspaces through existing extrusions. There may be added cost for specialised alloy or finishing treatments, but compared to using alternative materials which are likely to be more expensive to manufacture and most likely much heavier to work with, aluminium is the material of choice for modular workspace creation.

UK Rail Partners: Massive modal shift needs massive government action

Government intervention in the market, at a level not generally favoured by the ruling Conservative party, is advocated by Rail Partner’s research. The new report, ”Freight expectations”, which responds to the UK government’s ambitious target to treble rail freight by 2050, says that Britain faces a number of headwinds as it seeks to accelerate economic growth at the same time as striving to decarbonise the economy.Get more news about Juk Rail Terminal, you can vist our website!

Ambition needs to be backed by government action
Rail Partners is calling on the UK government to work with its freight operator members, who represent the five biggest players in the sector, to develop and implement key policies to enable rail freight to play a central role in the decarbonisation of the UK logistics sector. The lobby body, which speaks for the dominant operators who move almost all of the country’s rail freight, say in their new report that a growing rail freight market can deliver significant economic and environmental benefits. However, that ambition needs to be supported by the right legislative policies, between now and 2050.

The report – Freight expectations: How rail freight can support Britain’s economy and environment – includes independent analysis by Aether, the University of Hull’s Logistics Institute, and the independent agency Railfreight Consulting, both of whom collaborated to demonstrate rail freight’s continued environmental advantage over the road haulage sector. According to Rail Partners, it also shows that, if the sector is supported by the right policy environment, it can flourish and help support a more prosperous, greener economy in the future.

government support for optimal returns
Rail Partners’ chief executive, Andy Bagnall, asked for the right kind of government support to deliver these optimal returns. “We welcome recent commitments to deliver rail reform and must now focus on the detail”, he said, asking for laws to be made. “Legislation is critical to capturing the benefits that a vibrant rail freight sector can offer.”
Freight operators stand ready to do even more to help support the delivery of the UK Government’s strategic objectives, says the report. “By operating longer and heavier freight services, it argues. “Freight operators are significantly improving productivity and growing the freight market. Analysis shows these innovative services ease road congestion by removing up to 129 HGVs from the road network per train, while further enhancing rail freight’s carbon and air quality performance.”

Alternative fuels fuel the modal shift debate
Customers and operators are united behind the rail freight goal. Morwen Mands, who is head of sustainability at the Scottish mineral water bottlers Highland Spring Group, a prominent example of the potential of modal shift, said rail freight helped realise their forty-years of sustainable development. “Our new rail freight facility is a critical part of our commitment to tackling climate change and being a considerate neighbour to the local community”, she said. “We believe the landmark project in Blackford is an excellent example of the power of partnership working between the rail industry, government and business which will provide wider benefits to the environment and economy. We hope this facility inspires other businesses to explore using rail freight.”
A key partner and advocate, operator DB Cargo UK welcomed the new analysis. Their chief executive Andrea Rossi said it gave further weight to the company’s own highly publicised argument that freight belongs on rail. “We’ve spent the last two years lobbying politicians and civil servants of the significant economic and environmental benefits of rail freight over road haulage,” he said, taking the opportunity to reiterate DB Cargo UK’s environmental campaign. “Freight Belongs On Rail. We know it. Our existing customers know it. The public knows it. We now need the UK government to work with us to enable more of it to switch from road to rail.”

DB Cargo UK has been pioneering the use of hydro-treated vegetable oil (HVO) to fuel its locomotive fleet. The trials have been meeting with notable success, and providing an economical way to drive down carbon emissions. “Setting a clear and ambitious target for rail freight growth, like already exists in Scotland, will give confidence in the sector, stimulate investment and unlock rail freight’s true potential”, concluded Rossi. The report is available now from Rail Partners.

LIV golf will allow the use of electronic rangefinders at team final in Miami

It started with cash offers in the hundreds of millions of dollars to join and now Greg Norman;s LIV golf has taken another bold step to shake-up the sport for the final $78 million event of 2022 in Miami.Get more news about Yard rangefinder Hunting, you can vist our website!

It’s been revealed that all 48-players in the 12-team event will be allowed to use electronic rangefinders, in play, when they tee off on Friday at Trump National Doral Golf Club.

LIV made the announcement via social media that “Distance Measuring Devices are permitted during the tournament for obtaining information on distance”, as CEO Greg Norman said his Saudi-backed tour had “revived the sport in record time”

“Players are celebrating the team format which is bringing new energy and audiences to golf that the game deserves,” he said.

“It‘s fitting that we tie a bow on this historic year with a dramatic and innovative team championship that will propel us into a team-focused league from 2023 onward.”The moves comes just after US pro, Blake Abercrombie, was disqualified after just one hole of DP World Tour Qualifying school after he used a rangefinder and was removed from the event.

The PGA Championship made a bold move to allow rangefinders, which are not permitted in any PGA Tour event, in 2021, a rule which stayed in place in 2022, as part of efforts to improve pace of play.

Rangefinders cannot be used during PGA Tour tournament rounds, but they can be used on-course during practice rounds.Cameron Smith’s all-Australian “Punch” team, which includes countrymen Marc Leishman, Matt Jones and Wade Ormsby, are one of the lowest seeds going into the final event.

Despite Smith winning just his second event after his controversial move to LIV golf, the rest of his team has battled, finishing outside the points, and the bonus cash, in both Bangkok and Jeddah after grabbing a share of the third-place money in Chicago when Smith won the individual title.

Continuing LIV’s unique approach, the top four-ranked teams go straight to the semi-finals, with the remaining highest-ranked teams selecting their opponents for Friday’s quarterfinal match-ups.

Then on Sunday, the 16 players from the four semi-final winners will compete in a shotgun-start round of stroke play. Players will compete in twosomes, team captains will play together, and all scores will count towards a team’s cumulative score.

At the end of Sunday’s round, the team with the lowest score is the LIV Golf Invitational Series Team Champion and collect a massive payday.

Everything looks more official when it’s stamped into metal. So we’re pleased to offer our classic winged stirrup logo as a super-cool metal-and-enamel lapel pin with gold trim. Looks great on a lapel, a denim jacket, a tie, a cap (including a Uni Watch cap!), or wherever:

Update, July 27: The good news is that this has turned out to be a very popular item! The bad news is that wrapping each pin in bubble wrap (which is the recommended way to ship them) and hand-addressing dozens of padded mailers was taking up too much of my time. So I’ve arranged for Teespring — the same company that does our T-shirts — to handle the fulfillment of this item. You can order them from Teespring here.

MXene flips switch on electromagnetic shielding

Researchers in Drexel University’s College of Engineering have developed a thin film device, fabricated by spray coating, that can block electromagnetic radiation with the flip of a switch. The breakthrough, achieved with versatile two-dimensional materials called MXenes, could adjust the performance of electronic devices, strengthen wireless connections and secure mobile communications against intrusion.Get more news about Shielding material, you can vist our website!

The team of researchers, led by Yury Gogotsi, a professor in Drexel’s College of Engineering, previously demonstrated that the two-dimensional layered MXene materials, discovered just over a decade ago, when combined with an electrolyte solution, can be turned into a potent active shield against electromagnetic waves. This latest MXene discovery, reported in a paper in Nature Nanotechnology, shows how this shielding can be tuned when a small voltage – less than that produced by an alkaline battery – is applied.

“Dynamic control of electromagnetic wave jamming has been a significant technological challenge for protecting electronic devices working at gigahertz frequencies and a variety of other communications technologies,” Gogotsi said. “As the number of wireless devices being used in industrial and private sectors has increased by orders of magnitude over the past decade, the urgency of this challenge has grown accordingly. This is why our discovery – which would dynamically mitigate the effect of electromagnetic interference on these devices – could have a broad impact.”

MXene is a unique material. Not only is it highly conductive – making it perfectly suited for reflecting the microwave radiation that can cause static, feedback or diminish the performance of communications devices – but its internal chemical structure can also be temporarily altered to allow these electromagnetic waves to pass through.

This means that a thin MXene coating on a device or electrical components can prevent them from both emitting electromagnetic waves and being penetrated by waves emitted by other electronics. Eliminating the possibility of interference from both internal and external sources can ensure the performance of a device, but some waves must be allowed to exit and enter when such a device is being used for communication.

“Without being able to control the ebb and flow of electromagnetic waves within and around a device, it’s a bit like a leaky faucet – you’re not really turning off the water and that constant dripping is no good,” Gogotsi said. “Our shielding ensures the plumbing is tight – so-to-speak – no electromagnetic radiation is leaking out or getting in until we want to use the device.”

The key to eliciting the bidirectional tunability of MXene’s shielding property is using the flow and expulsion of ions to alternately expand and compress the space between the material’s layers, like an accordion, as well as to change the surface chemistry of the MXenes.

When a small voltage is applied to the film, ions enter – or intercalate – between the MXene layers, altering the charge at their surfaces and inducing electrostatic attraction, which serves to change the layer spacing, conductivity and shielding efficiency of the material. Switching the voltage off causes the ions to leave, or deintercalate, and the MXene layers to return to their original state.

The team tested 10 different MXene-electrolyte combinations, applying each via a paint sprayer to produce a film about 30 to 100 times thinner than a human hair. The materials consistently demonstrated the dynamic tunability of their shielding efficiency in blocking microwave radiation, which is impossible for traditional metals like copper and steel. And they sustained this performance through more than 500 charge-discharge cycles.

“These results indicate that the MXene films can convert from electromagnetic interference shielding to quasi-electromagnetic wave transmission by electrochemical oxidation of MXenes,” Gogotsi and his co-authors wrote. “The MXene film can potentially serve as a dynamic EMI shielding switch.”

For security applications, Gogotsi suggests that the MXene shielding could hide devices from detection by radar or other tracing systems. The team also tested the potential of a one-way shielding switch, which would allow a device to remain undetectable and protected from unauthorized access until it is deployed for use.

The lighting needs of outdoor sports fields and facilities has resulted in the development of lighting products with different performance characteristics than that of light fixtures designed for conventional outdoor spaces (such as parking lots and building exteriors). Sports field lighting requirements have become distinct enough so that lighting products have been specifically created for illuminating athletic playing fields and facilities.
Football Field Stadium Lights Sized for Blog Post
Sports lighting projects require very specific lighting solutions. While it may be tempting to purchase less expensive “conventional” flood lights to illuminate your sports field, courts, and facilities, sports lights are well worth the initial investment for many reasons. General flood lighting is great for certain applications, however conventional flood light fixtures are rarely able to meet the lighting needs of outdoor sports facilities.
Lighting Comparison
Sports Field Lights are similar to conventional flood lights in that they both illuminate large outdoor areas. However, there are many differences in terms of beam spreads, lumen output, light quality and light levels, mounting height, impact ratings, surge protection, warranties, and wireless control capability.

We'll dive into the more significant differences below. But first, we'll define outdoor sports field lighting and conventional flood lighting, because many times these words are often used together or interchangeably, when in reality, they are two totally different types of LED light fixtures and they provide solutions for different problems.
Outdoor LED Sports Lighting fixtures are a type of exterior LED lighting fixture commonly used to illuminate large areas used for recreational or competitive sports activities such as baseball, football, soccer, tennis, basketball, etc.
