Will gold matter in Classic TBC?
We all know that gold is a major part of Classic Vanilla. Naxx raid nights can cost 500-1000g worth of consumes, boosting is expensive, and some BiS pieces can go for over 100k in GDKPs. In TBC however, there aren't many gold dumps I can think of after players get their 5000g epic flying mount and finish leveling professions. Regardless of whether Blizzard allows players to keep their gold from Vanilla to TBC, there are several reasons why I think gold will be a far less important part of the game after the first few months. To get more news about buy wow tbc classic gold eu, you can visit lootwowgold official website.
For TBC raids, you will only need 1-2 types of potions and some food, so consumes will be far easier to obtain.
Boosting will no longer be as popular given the new AoE caps in place limiting mages from doing mage things.
If the two aforementioned points hold true, then GDKPs will likely be less prevalent. If there aren't ways to spend the gold you earn through GDKPs, then players will be less incentivized to do GDKPs. Why spend 4 hours in a raid with fresh 70s for an extra 2k gold that you don't need when you could finish the same raid in 1.5 hours with your guild?
Moreover, the average player can make a passive 1000g per week just by doing dailies and using their profession CDs. I'd guess that most people would make enough gold for their epic flying mount just by completing all the zone quests and grinding through the attunement process. The silver lining in all of this is that with fewer people needing to buy gold, bots will be less prevalent. What do you guys think? Am I forgetting something in TBC that may become a huge gold sink?
