Composite centralizer is a kind of solid rigid centralizer made from nylon, polymer, polyurethane, or other advanced composite materials. Composite centralizer combines the function of solid body centralizer and roller. The one-piece centralizer is made of high-grade composite materials with low coefficient of friction, heat resistance and high durability. The composite material can reliably function even under extreme borehole conditions. The composite centralizer has a smooth tapered structure that can easily pass obstacles in the borehole, so it is very suitable for horizontal applications. It enables the casing string to reach the total depth effectively, while providing good standoff for the best mud displacement, and greatly enhances cementing operations. The composite centralizer has two types. One has steel rings on both ends of the rigid centralizer, and the other has fixing screws on the blade to stop the clamp ring function.
