Participate in the Sacrificial Ritual

With the liver placed, the sacrificial ritual begins. Prepare to Diablo 4 Items face two enemies that will spawn in the summoning circle:

Primary Foe: A larger enemy will appear first. Defeat this enemy to progress.

Elite Enemy: Alongside the larger foe, an Elite enemy will also emerge. This more challenging adversary will require extra effort to defeat.

Collecting the Mother's Gift

Upon defeating the Elite enemy, you will receive the Mother’s Gift, a crucial item for Season 5’s new mechanics. Mother's Gifts are vital for earning rare rewards from seasonal tiers. These gifts can be obtained from powerful enemies in the world and from the new Infernal Hordes mode, which is available in World Tier 3 and above.

Note: Mother's Gifts should not be confused with the Mother's Blessing events, which are different in nature. Mother's Gifts are collected to Diablo 4 Items for sale advance through seasonal reward tiers.
