If suspense, surprise and satisfying resolutions are the heroes that save a story, spoilers are the villains that try to, well, spoil everything. For that reason, you may have gone to considerable lengths to avoid hearing who won the Super Bowl or who became the latest dragon snack on Game of Thrones.Upcoming Story
What's Happening on General
Hospital?
General Hospital is one of the
longest-running soap operas on ABC. The daytime drama is renowned for its
sensitive handling of social issues. In the 1990s, the show was praised for its
AIDS storyline, which saw young Stone Cates (Michael Sutton) die of the disease
and Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) become HIV positive as a result of her
love for him.
Now, GH is enthralling viewers
with a gripping web of manipulation involving Ava Jerome (Jessica Tuck) and
Austin Gatlin-Holt. The writing team has masterfully sprinkled clues throughout
the plot, which has sharp-eyed fans speculating and discussing. It looks like
karma will soon catch up to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Her lies and
despicable actions are about to come back to haunt her. In the meantime, Carly
Spencer (Laura Wright) is broke after the SEC fines her, and Ava’s terrified by
what she learns.

angrily hissed in Abigails ear that she killed her mother. Abigail was
horrified, and she vowed to never call her her daughter again.
Later, Gwen runs into Claire
and asks if she and Abigail can be friends again. Claire reassures Gwen that
they can, but only as long as she doesnt hurt Abigail again. Gwen agrees to
keep that promise, and the two make a pinky promise. What are friends for? Gwen
sneers. Paybacks a bitch!

as Lily Winters (Nicole Wallace) shocks her with Daniel Romalotti’s revealing
confession.
Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire
Egan) is frustrated and on the verge of a breakdown, but she gets a much-needed
boost from Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). He uses a famous saying from Rey
Rosales to help her clear her mind and get back to work.
What's Happening on The Bold
and the Beautiful?
The Bold and the Beautiful
celebrates its 9,000th episode this week, rapper Lil Nas X makes his daytime
acting debut, and Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss) returns home. Plus, Hope Logan
Spencer (Annika Noelle) asks Steffy for a substantial favor and Brooke confides
in Taylor Hayes.
Finn finally gets through to
Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and she agrees to let him out of the makeshift
prison. But as soon as he heads out, Bill and Li rush in to save him!
Thomas will take Zoe's offer
to move in with him, thinking it will save her some cash. But will he
eventually fall for her? And Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Donna Logan
(Jennifer Gareis) will find themselves involved in their families' drama. Could
that lead to a breakup? Probably. Stay tuned!
What's Happening on Grey's
Anatomy?
One of the biggest mysteries
of this season of Grey's Anatomy came to a head in the show's huge fall finale.
Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) decision to stay in Seattle and not head to Boston
wreaked havoc on the hospital and left several fan-favorites in limbo.
Among them was Cristina's (Kim
Raver) ongoing struggle with PTSD. Meanwhile, a new batch of interns including
Simone Griffith (Alexis Floyd), Mika Yasuda (Midori Francis), and Lucas Adams
(Niko Terho) brought a fresh energy to the show.
And then there's the fact that
Pompeo announced she was leaving as a series regular, though she remained an
executive producer and narrator on the show. But the door could still remain
ajar for her return to the show in the future. For now, the doctors of Grey
Sloan are gearing up to save lives in the face of a storm.
What's Happening on The Big
Bang Theory?
One of the big surprises in
the series finale of The Big Bang Theory was that Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and
Penny Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik) are expecting a baby. That's right, the
girl-next-door and quirky scientist are joining Howard (Simon Helberg) and
Bernadette Rostenkowski (Melissa Rauch) in the parents club!
The show, which ran for 12
seasons and inspired a spinoff prequel called Young Sheldon, wrapped up with an
emotional two-part episode. It was chock-full of inside jokes and satisfying
conclusions for the lovable cast. For example, the famously broken elevator in
the physicists' apartment finally got fixed!
What's Happening on The Flash?
The Flash returns with a new
season and an all-new villain in the form of Despero. The show is set in the
Arrowverse, sharing continuity with other DC shows, and the upcoming storyline
could tie into the much-anticipated Crisis of Infinite Proportions.
It's possible that both Wally
West and Jesse Quick will follow their comic-book counterparts and become
speedsters of Central City, but there may be room for one of them to lose his
or her powers down the road. This would be in keeping with what Cisco Ramon saw
in his vibe about Earth-2 collapsing.
Meanwhile, Team Flash
struggles to cope with the absence of Frost. Iris collects stories about
Frost's positive impact to use in her obituary while Chester and Allegra fight
over the best way to honor him. Caitlin finds that Frost's voice lives on
within her and helps her complete a bucket list.
What's Happening on Supergirl?
After an exciting finale, it
looks like Supergirl Season 6 will be addressing some long-term issues. From
systemic injustices to the personal, it seems like Supergirl will be tackling a
lot of different topics this season.
Once all the villains were
defeated — with some help from Winn (Jeremy Jordan) and Mon-El (Chris Wood) —
Kara found herself at a crossroads. Her old mentor Cat Grant called to let her
know that she purchased CatCo back and wants Kara to be the editor-in-chief. It
would be her dream job, but she is worried that it will interfere with her
superhero duties.
Ultimately, Cat convinced Kara
that she needs to remove the question mark from her identity and reveal herself
to the world. She has to be able to focus on her work and her relationships in
order to be the hero she was born to be.
What's Happening on The
Flashpoint?
In season three's premiere,
Barry discovers that some of the consequences of Flashpoint are less than
ideal. For instance, his mother is alive, Iris and Joe aren't talking, and Ed
Clariss is oblivious to his Flashpoint identity as The Rival. Meanwhile, Cisco
and Caitlin are warming up (and even coining villain names again) and Barry
keeps Eobard Thawne imprisoned in a carbine cell.
Despite these changes, Barry
feels that he can still be the hero that his friends and family need. So he
races over to sister series Arrow's Foundry to get Felicity Smoak's advice on
how to fix the timeline.
She suggests that he try to
"undo" Flashpoint by taking down the Legion of Doom and sending them
back to Earth-3. So that's what he does — but the results are disastrous. In
the end, a darkly resurrected Flash and Batman find Kryptonian savior Kara
Zor-El in a top-secret prison, and she takes on Superman's mantle to fight
Zod's army.
What's Happening on Arrow?
While Oliver Queen may be done
with the CW superhero drama, the world it created will live on. The series
finale featured plenty of closure for many legacy characters — including a
happy ending for the on/off couple of Thea (Willa Holland) and Roy (Colton
Haynes).
It also gave Katherine
McNamara’s time-traveling Mia Queen her own spinoff, which will feature Laurel
Lance (Katie Cassidy) and Dinah Drake (Juliana Harkavy) from different
timelines.
But Green Arrow and the
Canaries didn’t get a green light, and executive producer Marc Guggenheim has
now shared some insight as to why. He revealed that the decision to pass on the
series was made before the coronavirus pandemic hit. And that was the deciding
factor. Read more: Green Arrow and the Canaries Didn't Make It to Season 2 But
