Shely added that the Diablo crew is mindful from buryw's blog

It is unlikely that Blizzard plans to make Angels or Demons into classes, as the franchise focuses on the people who are caught between the two. In reality, though, as the only mortal stuck between Heaven and Diablo IV Gold Hell Tyrael occupies the position that is unlike anything else in the entire Diablo story. It is likely that he will be an equalizer within the story, perhaps even as a voice of reason instead of a partisan as the past. Blizzard's strategy for speccing your character's spec in Diablo 4 is a blend of the method used by the studio in Diablo 2 and Diablo 3. As executive producer and director of the Diablo franchise Rod Fergusson put it, "Diablo 2 felt like you were locking in; you could change your spec once per difficulty. With D3, you kind of changed your look like you were changing your clothes. Everything was gear-based as opposed to skill-based."Fergusson added, "I think the fact that we have skills on the equipment [in Diablo 4] is really nice for experimentation -- as a sorceress I [might] get Blizzard [on a pair of boots] three levels before I should and I can try Blizzard to see if I actually want it."

Game designer Joe Shely told Polygon in an interview roundtable, during a roundtable discussion that "having your character appear to be an amalgamation of choices you've made will lead to interesting choices, or interesting opportunities."Shely added that the Diablo crew is mindful that new players particularly beginning, may not be able to fully comprehend the character's set of skills. Players will want to experiment.

"When you examine our respec systems," Shely said, "which include both the skill tree and Paragon for higher levels which is our ultimate advancement system. We've endeavored to do the system in a manner that makes it clear that making a decision is important and your character's not exactly the same as anyone others, and cheap Diablo 4 Gold that you're in a position to have lots of freedom to test things out.
